In her latest Instagram video, Dr. Pimple Popper (aka dermatologist Sandra Lee, MD) weighs a massive lipoma that looks...exactly like a brain. The actual popping doesn't take place in the video since the procedure has already been performed, but seeing this thing is something else.
The doctor captions the video: "And the WINNER is... L.O.Bost (who voted on FB page).
Hold up, why is Dr. Pimple Popper talking about a winner and not blackheads? Over the weekend, Dr. Pimple Popper posted a video showing the full lipoma removal . She also threw in a contest to see if any popaholics could guess the correct weight. The guesses poured in, ranging from a light 2 pounds to a whopping 12 pounds plus.

And there was a prize for the closest guess! (An Official Dr Pimple Popper Comedone Extractor and an Official Dr Pimple Popper Blackhead Tweezer, naturally).
The lipoma is so heavy, Dr. Pimple Popper has to wheel the cart around to give her patient a full view from the table. Her patient's reaction is everything: "Oh my goodness no. I just can't believe it." (TBH I can't believe it either, and I watched the entire video from start to finish.)
The video then pans over to the patient's face (oops!) for a split second. She's doing a spot-on Home Alone impression, with her mouth wide open and hands covering her face in total shock. Just try watching Dr. Pimple Popper remove this lipoma without making the same face.

Winner will be announced Monday! Happy weekend and happy POPPING. GOOD LUCK! #drpimplepopper A post shared by Sandra Lee, MD, FAAD, FAACS (@drpimplepopper) on Jun 14, 2019 at 5:57pm PDT
No more dilly dallying, it's time to see what the scale says. Dr. Pimple Popper plops the lipoma on the scale and adjusts the settings until it shows a clear reading: 7 pounds 12 ounces. The doctor says it looks like a brain but at that weight it's closer to the size of a newborn baby.
But I've gotta say...babies are a whole lot cuter.
