It takes a lot to surprise a dermatologist like Sandra Lee, MD, aka Dr. Pimple Popper . She has seen and popped pretty much everything under the sun. She's tackled lipomas that could win a heavyweight fight , cysts that tunnel under the skin, and blackheads as far as the eye can see . This weekend, a few clogged pores ended up surprising Dr. Pimple Popper and all her fans. Nobody saw this one coming, not even the doctor.
In her latest Instagram videos, Dr. Pimple Popper tackles multiple dilated pores of winer . One is located in a mystery spot on her patient, and holds a big surprise inside, while the other is hiding on her patient's earlobe. Both DPOWs are oh so satisfying.
Dr. Pimple Popper starts with the DPOW on the earlobe, a short and sweet pop. All it takes is her scalpel and fingers to release a pile of brown and yellow gunk from her patient's ear. Dr. Pimple Popper adds a slow motion replay to make the extraction extra satisfying.

Then, the next video begins with Dr. Pimple Popper primed and ready to pop. The DPOW, however, seems perfectly content staying right where it is TYVM. Dr. Pimple Popper tells her patient, "Sometimes these have been stuck there for a while so it takes a little bit of elbow grease here."
This DPOW is going to take a lot of elbow grease, and some tactical maneuvers with her comedone extractor tool. She adds pressures, she changes angles, and finally the DPOW opens up enough so she can pull it out with tweezers.
Out pops what one commenter describes as a "skin turd" and another says is "a fighter". One Popaholic wrote, "That looks like a dead spider getting pulled out." Yikes, good thing that dilated pore of winer is history.
Dr. Pimple Popper 's hard work paid off yet again. Both giant blackheads are long gone and made for more irresistible pops.
