Kate Beckinsale Just Posted A Flawless No-Makeup Selfie

Forty-five (45!) has truly never looked so good.

The Widow star Kate Beckinsale posted a no-makeup selfie to Instagram on Thursday and...WOWWWWWWW. Posed in front of a beautiful claw-foot tub (and seemingly naked or at least not very clothed), Kate shows off her fresh face alongside the caption "Mens sana in corpore sano or as we modify it in Chiswick, 'clean bum clean conscience.'"

Just in case you aren't a Latin scholar, the phrase actually translates to "a healthy mind in a healthy body."

Of course, Kate does a lot more than just bathe to stay healthy and happy (but honestly, that simple plan sounds pretty appealing!). She's no stranger to intense workouts at the gym (have you seen her in the Underworld movies?), getting ripped with the help of trainer Ramona Braganza . And we have to imagine galavanting around town with her beau Pete Davidson is keeping a spring in her step too.

Unfortunately, Kate did have a health scare earlier this year when she was hospitalized with a ruptured ovarian cyst .

"Turns out a ruptured ovarian cyst really hurts and morphine makes me cry," she wrote in an Instagram caption (which seems to have since been deleted). "So thankful to everyone who looked after me #wobbly ."

It's good to see the actress back in high spirits and looking simply flawless! Go, Kate!
