Days to elections and this is what Mandago has to say to Raila

Mandago cautioned Odinga against wasting time on irrelevant issues ahead of the fresh presidential election following the Supreme Court ruling nullifying President Uhuru Kenyatta’s win.
The Governor sharply criticized the former Prime Minister for rejecting date set by the Independent Election and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) for the next election.
He divulged that the time wasting tactics NASA adopted was what saw Jubilee defeat them in the just concluded poll.
"It's because of this time wasting that we defeated them. They spend too much time in press conferences and if they continue that way for sure we are defeating them again.
"We cannot keep the country in an election mood for almost a whole year, causing all other programmes to stall," he said.
Jubilee appointed Mandago to campaign for President Kenyatta in the North Rift.
He promised to ensure more than 98 per cent voter turnout in the North Rift in support of Mr Kenyatta during the fresh presidential election.
Mandago’s sentiments come days after he mentioned that if Odinga and his team had not endorsed him, he would not have been re-elected.
"I want to congratulate the Nasa team for saying 'Mandago tibim' had they not said so, I would not have won the elections. Their supporters should relax because, in my next term, I will cater for the needs of all irrespective of whether you voted for me or not," he said.
