This is not the first time Lilian has been attacked by netizens. In 2017, she was trolled after she posted steamy pictures of herself in a bikini during a vacation.

A lot of people were really bothered that she stepped out in a bikini as the Governors wife. Some accused her of stooping too low as the first lady of Machakos County and as a mum.
