In a past interview, Janet Mbugua revealed that she rarely takes up endorsements/projects that are not close to her heart or do not make an impact in the lives of Kenyans.

And that is why she joined Lifebuoy for their #helpachildreach5project and the ‘Mum's Village’ TV show which she hosts with Isis Nyong’o.

She has now been picked by Case for Change as their Kenyan representative ‘to speak to Kenyans about how mobile accounts such as M-TIBA and Mpesa are helping so many more people access healthcare.’

Case for Change uses mobile power to make change and that is why M-TIBA and Mpesa were their choice partners.

“I'm truly humbled that @caseforchange chose me in their global campaign, as the Kenya representative to speak to Kenyans about how mobile accounts such as M-TIBA and Mpesa are helping so many more people access healthcare. Soon I'll be sharing the story of how Irene's life (pictured here with her little one) improved when she began using M-TIBA. We visited her in Kawangware to get her story. #CaseForChange #PharmAccess #Safaricom #CarePay #SocialMission #JanetTheJourney” Janet wrote breaking the great news.
