Instagram takes action against Kobi Kihara’s account

Swift Action

Kobi Kihara. Instagram pulls down fake account operating in Kobi Kihara’s name

On Monday, Ms Kihara pleaded with her followers to help her report a fake account that was operating in her name.

“Thank You  for your swift action on the fake account. Thank You also to friends who reported ,” shared Kobi.

The Instagram impostor was sharing Ms Kobi’s photos with pretense that she was the one behind the account. This comes weeks after the former NTV presenter was exposed by social media users for living a lie.

However, she apologized for ‘misleading’ people and asked for their forgiveness “I posted this in October last year explaining my content. I’m sorry to everyone who I mislead, forgive me. I should have thought twice perhaps and I guess it got away from me. And to my friends in the DM and on WhatsApp thanks for the lovely messages, I’m ok...really to the trolls and bullies...it’s ok! I can handle being an online punching bag, go for it #KobiKiharaChallenge #KobiWithAnEye.”
