Police arrest suspect linked to the murder of Popular Singer

The Singer was laid to rest over the weekend

“The suspect Wamala Godfrey was found at a friends home in Kyangera where he has been hiding. He is recording a statement at Katwe police statio and will be transferred to Entebbe Police Station, .Reads the Police Statement.

The police added that the arrested suspect is probably the one who inflicated the injuries that eventually claimed Radio’s life.

Radio died while receiving treatment at Case Hospital in Kampala on Wednesday, and was laid to rest on Saturday at his mothers home in Kagga Nakawuka along the Kampla- Entebbe highway.

Addressing mourners at the Burial Ceremony, the Starahe MP of parliament has asked police to take action against the killers of the late Radio.

Going by a video that surfaced online after the death of Radio, it is evident that the suspect who happens to be a club bouncer was at the Centre of Radio’s death.
