Vera Sidika hits back after being listed number 2 on top gold diggers by local newspaper

 Vera addresses the list

Vera Sidika

Vera Sidika has invalidated the list of Kenya’s top gold diggers that was released recently by a local newspaper.

The Citizen weekly compiled a list of over 100 women they believe top the list of slay queens and gold diggers in Kenya, with Vera being ranked at number two.

Through her Insta-stories, Vera mentioned that the list was sent to her by a friend who stays in Sweden, stating that she deserves the number one spot.

“Kenyans, my pal from Sweden sent me this in this in the afternoon. It’s so funny but if you all gotta put me on any list, make sure I take the number 1 spot” reacted Vera Sidika.

Sonko's reaction

Nairobi governor Mike Sonko also laughed-off upon stumbling on the list of slay queens and gold diggers making waves in the country.

Hii magutter press ziko na maneno jameni. Ati Kenya's top slay queens and Gold diggers,” wrote Sonko sharing a screenshot of the newspaper.

On top of the list is Malindi MP Aisha Jumwa who has been making headlines following her bitter fallout with ‘Baba’ and ODM party.

The list continues with Vera Sidika coming second, followed by Nominated Senator Millicent Omanga, women of God, Pastor Kathy Kiuna and Bishop Margret Wanjiru.
