Aloe Vera contains two hormones auxin and gibberellins which have healing and anti-inflammatory properties that help to reduce skin inflammation.

The gibberellin in aloe vera allows the skin to heal quickly and minimizes scarring that may be causes by acne. Aloe vera can also help with other skin conditions such as acne and eczema.

2.Treats sunburn

As mentioned before aloe vera contains healing properties. It acts as a protective layer on the skin and helps to restore the skin’s moisture.

The nutritional qualities it contains and anti-oxidant properties help heal the skin faster.

3.Fights aging

Aloe vera keeps the skin firm thanks to the antioxidants it contains. They include beta carotene, vitamin C and E.
