The Pharmacy and Poisons Board has raised alarm over the abuse of Viagra, contraceptives and antibiotics at the Kenyan coast.
The Board has also issued a warning against consumption of Viagra- a drug that treats impotence- without a doctor's prescription.
Senior Inspector to The Board Julius Kaikai has called for the arrest of people peddling Viagra.
Kaikai also warned against use of over-the-counter contraceptives that didn't have physician approval and asked the public to report such incidences.
The drugs are being smuggled over unmanned ports such as Moyale which the inspector believes need controlled points of entry.
