2. Higher chances of insulin resistance
Black women have a higher chance of insulin resistance. Which means that they more prone to excess fat storage.
3. Black women can be healthy with a higher BMI
Even with a higher body mass index, black women can be physically fit.
This leads to the conclusion that lifestyle choices are the determining factor with regards to a black woman's health rather than the numbers.
