Recipe Ingredients

  • 100g self raising flour
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 100g low fat margarine
  • 2 medium eggs
  • splash semi-skimmed milk
  • 50g Splenda powder
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour

Recipe Instructions

  1. Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour two 9-inch cake pans or line them with parchment paper.
  2. Place all ingredients into a bowl and mix till smooth.
  3. Place a heaping tablespoon of mixture into each cake case.
  4. Bake in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
  5. Allow cakes to cool, then enjoy.
