Try out this slow roast goat meat recipe

Goat meat is meant to be soft and tender. When roasted, it may lose the moisture and toughen up, that is why this recipe is such a great idea. The secret is in the amount of heat you cook it on and what you use for marinating.

Goat meat roasted on slow heat has enough time to let all the spices sink in. So as not to lose the taste of the meat, it’s better to keep the marinating to a minimum with garlic and rosemary as your main sources of flavor.

This is what you need:

Ingredients

1 leg of goat4 tablespoons of finely chopped garlic4 sprigs of rosemary1 teaspoon salt½ cup olive oil1 onion, finely chopped½ bottle white wine4-6 medium potatoes, cut in quarters
