Man in deep thoughts

You are not the only person trying to quit watching porn. It’s just that people won’t go saying that they are porn addicts. So, don’t stress about it. All you need to know is that you can quit watching porn for good if you mean to. Sounds easy? Well, it’s not difficult but it’s also not easy. You need to put in effort and remain disciplined.

There is no way you are going to watch videos of naked human beings while you are around people. It’s something that you are more likely to do when you are alone. Try be around people most of the time so that you have very limited time to be by yourself.

2. Get a kabambe

For most people, watching porn starts through their smart phones. I know it’s a costly affair but some times the hard way is the only way. If your smartphone gets you tempted to watch porn, you can as well sell it and get another one once you have conquered the addiction.

3. Keep busy

Remember that idle mind saying? It applies to watching porn. When you have nothing to do, you are more likely to watch porn. Register for yoga or cooking classes to attend after work. By the time you are getting home, you will be too tired to think of porn.

4. Install an accountability software on your devices

If all the above are not working for you, then install a software to help you manage the addiction. The software should block all the sites that contain pornographic material so that you don’t access them.
