Football legend Dennis Oliech has officially joined Gor Mahia FC for a two years contract.
The striker who has been on retirement will be one of the highly paid footballers in KPL. According to The Standard, the lucrative deal includes a monthly salary of Ksh 350, 000 plus a Ksh 3.5 million sign on fee which will be paid in two instalments. He will receive the first intalment this month, and the other in February.

The former Harambee Stars captain is set to be unveiled on the January 9 in Kisumu. Oliech who has has also played for Nantes and Auxerre also expressed his excitement in joining the team and promised to give his best.
As always, not everyone is happy with Oliech’s new job. While others feel it’s a boost for the team, others feel Oliech should give younger people a chance to grow their talent.
