Speaking during the mention of the case on Monday, Magistrate Mugambi noticed that the two sides were struggling to get the necessary documents on time.
"Counsels, let me advise you consider new technology and form a platform to discuss issues and exchange court documents to make work easier," the judge directed.
Deputy Director of Public Prosecutions (DDPP) Nicholas Mutuku had just instructed defense lawyers to pick the documents from EACC offices ahead of the pre-trial conference to be held on September 27.

The magistrate also ruled on a matter where nine Members of the Kiambu County Assembly had asked to be enjoined in the case.
The defense team, however, objected on the application stating that they had no capacity to appear in court.
The judge directed the MCAs to file a formal application for their request to be considered by the court.
