Explosive NYS affidavit exposes CID Officer allegedly making sexual advances on Ann Ngirita

NYS scandal

The sensational affidavit seen by Pulselive.co.ke purports that Mr. Kingoo was in a partnership with the Ngiritas family and together they conducted business with the NYS.

“I wish to state that our company has been actively trading with the National Youth Service in partnership with Mike Julius Kingii Muia who is the Chief Investigating officer in the NYS case since  2014.

“I together with Mike Julius  Kingoo Muia have been carrying out the business of supplying hardware and renovating facilities at the National Youth Service (NYS)," the affidavit signed by Jeremiah Ngichini Ngirita reads in part.

Jeremiah, who is Ms. Ann’s brother, claimed that animosity between the Ngiritas and the detective started when the business went sour.

"After our business and relationship went soar, Mike Julius Kingoo Muia vowed to use his position to fight our family," Jeremiah said.

The affidavit further alleges that Kingoo has been making sexual advances on Ann Wambere Ngirita, who is accused of ‘supplying air’ to the Service.

Jeremiah stated that it was questionable that Kingoo is now the officer investigating the NYS scandal adding that his family was innocent.

"It is suspicious that Mike Julius Kingoo Muia the officer who I have been all along doing business with and has been making sexual advances to Ms. Ann Wambere Ngirita is the current investigating officer in this case," Jeremiah cliams.

He noted that before the Ngiritas were arrested, Kingoo invited Ms. Ann to his home for a drink but she declined.

Jeremiah accused the officer of assigning himself the duty of recording Ms. Ann statement after the arrest, which he claims lasted six hours.

The Ngiritas brother added that he has evidence of bank account slips and M-Pesa transaction to show they have been conducting business with the CID officer.
