Popular Comedian Inspector Mwala hospitalised after grisly road accident

The actor was involved in a road accident on Mombasa Road.

The actor is however said to be in stable condition after being rushed to hospital following the accident.

Citizen TV broke the news on their official Twitter handle confirming that the actor had been hospitalised but was in stable condition.

Rumours had been rife across social media that Mwala had passed away in the accident which were swiftly dismissed by Citizen TV and other personalities including KTN's News Anchor Ali Manzu.

The accident comes hours after 8 people were killed in separate road accidents in Kericho and Machakos Counties.

Fans of the popular comedian took to social media to wish the actor a quick recovery following the accident.
