Two I&M bank Kisii branch employees have been arrested for stealing over Ksh 27 million from the bank.
The two, Tom Odhiambo Adinda and Daniel Ochieng Okwe are said to be key vault custodians according to details coming from the DCI’s office.
The two allegedly mixed Ksh 100 notes and Ksh 1000 notes in each Ksh 1 million bundle.

Odhaimbo and Ochieng are set to appear in court on Monday.
This is not the first time bank employees have been linked to fraud. One of the worst scenario was when thieves dug a tunnel and managed to get out with a whooping Ksh 50 million from a KCB bank in Thika.
