A Kenyan of Asian descent who jetted into the country on Friday March 06 2020 has passed on less than 24 hours later from symptoms similar to those of the deadly coronavirus disease (Covid 19).
He had complained of symptoms associated with the deadly Coronavirus and was admitted to ICU

Reports indicate that the 59 year old man was rushed to a private hospital in Nairobi where his condition worsened and was moved to the ICU.
Citizen TV reports that the man complained of difficulty in breathing and high body temperature-symptoms that are assciated with coronavirus among other diseases.
Reports indicate that officials from the Ministry of Health visited the facility and collected samples to establish what led to his death.
The officers stated that although the man may ave exhibited symptoms of the coronavirus, he may not have contacted the disease as there are several other diseases with the same symptoms.
This comes after the government stepped up its preparedness and response to the disease that is spreading at an alarming rate.
On Friday, an isolation facility with a bed capacity of 120 was unveiled at Mbagathi Hospital.
"We have an emergency response unit going around everywhere that will respond immediately to any issue. We have also activated the emergency centre, closely monitoring the evolution of the virus to enable us to follow up on the case," stated Health CS Mutahi Kagwe.
