Thaking Twitter, Mwangi alleged that the lawyer is the go-to guy for pirates, land grabbers, big thieves and those seeking to launder ill-gotten wealth.
The lawyer who boasts of an illustrious career law has in the past represented prominent clients including President Uhuru Kenyatta.
The public spat on twitter was ignited by a picture of Mwangi with American actor Tracy Marrow which the human rights activist shared on Twitter.

The lawyer was quick to react, asking if the human rights activist had paid for the air ticket and upkeep from his funds, alluding that a benevolent donor may have been involved.
This comes barely a few hours after Machakos governor Alfred Mutua alleged that corrupt state officials use proceeds of corruption to hire top lawyers to represent them in court.
Mutua who was sharing the findings of a meeting he held with the public disclosed that president Kenyatta and state agencies should target the real big fish in corruption scandals and not just their proxies.

"We’ve seen people with so much wealth than we can understand, more money than their salary, more money than the businesses they have.
We need people to account, where did you get money to buy these houses, to buy pieces of land, to buy these hotels, to buy these vehicles, to buy these aircrafts…if you are not able to account for where you have gotten money to buy those things then the conclusion is one-you have stolen f from the people of Kenya." Mutua said.
