Kalonzo has been in Germany for nearly two months attending to his sick wife Pauline Musyoka.

The former Deputy President and Nasa principal will be landing to attend the burial of the late Kitui West Member of Parliament Francis Nyenze on Tuesday next week, and to witness the swearing-in of his son Kennedy Musyoka on Monday to EALA in Arusha Tanzania.

Kennedy Musyoka will be making an entry into politics after he garnered 309 votes in the Thursday elections in the National Assembly and then Senate alongside eight others.

Former Kamukunji MP Simon Mbugua, former Tigania East MP Mpuri Aburi, former Wajir County Woman Representative Fatuma Ibrahim, former Balambala MP Aden Abdikadir, former Mandera North MP Adan Nooru, former Nyandarua County Woman Representative Wanjiku Muhia and Florence Jematiah Sergon.

Sources within National Super Alliance revealed that Mr Musyoka will also be part of the four principals who will retreat over the weekend to craft a new approach to force President Uhuru Kenyatta out of office and call for elections within 90 days.

Earlier, Nasa chiefs mulled over the urgency with which Mr Musyoka should return for the hyped inauguration of the People’s Assembly, whose first conference is set for Sunday 17 December.

In a statement through its twitter handle on Thursday, the National People’s Assembly Organising Committee divulged that the postponed inauguration and launch of the People's Assembly will take place early next year.

"Following the postponement of the launch of the People's Assembly that was to take place on Jamhuri Day, Tuesday, December 12, the Organizing Committee wishes to announce the resumption of the People's Assembly process," the statement dated December 14 reads in part.

A week ago, while addressing the press on the postponement of the hyped event, thanks to the pressure form the west and conflict within Nasa, ANC leader Musalia Mudavadi flanked by Ford Kenya leader Moses Wetangula, had said that the process of the formation of the People’s Assembly would be initiated at a later date, amid jeers from supporters who accused Mr Odinga of cowardice.

“These preparatory meetings will bring together the leadership of different regions of the country to deliberate on national governance as it affects the regions, and distill the region’s agenda for the People’s Assembly,” the statement reads.

Earlier, Nasa co-principal Musalia Mudavadi had quipped that Mombasa Governor Ali Hassan Joho had agreed to play host to the controversial ceremony which would involve the oath taking by Nasa leader Raila Odinga.

"The NASA national leadership will grace the occasion. Detailed information on the forum will be communicated by the coast leadership," the statement reads.
