The NRM general was at the centre of Odinga’s swearing-in at Uhuru park alongside Ruaraka MP TJ Kwajwang who was released yesterday.
Kajwang was arrested a day after he attended Odinga's swearing-in as the "People's President" before thousands at the historic Uhuru Park grounds.
Miguna’s arrest comes hours after, Minority Leader John Mbadi requested Interior and Coordination Cabinet Secretary Fred Matiang’i to arrest all NASA suppotrors who attended that oath taking ceremony.
Speaking outside the Milimani Law Court , Mbadi asked Matiangi to select one police station that will host all the NASA supporters who attended the swearing-in ceremony of Raila Odinga as the “People’s President”.
“Police are saying that they are investigating those who attended Raila’s swearing-in, let them tell us one police station to report to, and will turn ourselves in. They should be ready to host the three million people who attended the swearing in at Uhuru Park," the Legislator stated.
