DP Ruto's allies warn Raila over wrecking party

Jubilee legislators vow not to give Raila any room to cause chaos

The warning came from Nandi Governor Stephen Sang and Senator Samson Cherargei  who noted that they would not allow the opposition boss to cause chaos in Jubilee.

The two leaders stated that as a party, Jubilee was well organized and Odinga would not be given any room to destroy it, pointing to his bad record of destroying political parties.

“We have told Ruto to organize himself. We will not allow Raila to get even the smallest seat in our house. We know Raila is used to wrecking parties but this time we won’t accept that,” the Senator said.

Alluding to external influence from the opposition boss, Cherargei disclosed that they had sought divine intervention, enlisting the services of preachers to keep away demonic powers of destruction.

“The Bible says Satan comes to steal and destroy but we are ready to fight off demonic powers within Jubilee.

In fact, we always carry our traditional cleansing waters which we sprinkle around Ruto’s office to scare away Raila’s destructive demons.” Cherargei said.

The two leaders clarified that the symbolic handshake between President Kenyatta and the NASA leader did not mean anything, maintaining that no position would be offered to Odinga.

‘You (Raila) have been assured of recognition and retirement pension but you won't get any position in the Jubilee government,”Cherargei disclosed.

The leaders were speaking at Tuloi primary school in Nandi County during the home-coming ceremony for Kaptuiywa MCA Geoffrey Kevolwe.

The event was also graced by NASA principals Moses Wetangula and Musalia Mudavadi and Dr. Bonny Khalwale.
