Former Prime Minister Raila Odinga is among 18 car owners whose vehicles have been confiscated by the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) detectives.

Mr Odinga's Range Rover, KCS 002D, is among vehicles said to have been fraudulently registered, stolen or illegally in the country having not paid duty at the port.

DCI detectives outlined that it could not be established whether the vehicle used by the special AU envoy belongs to him or whether it was donated by his supporters.
