Though Msando went missing on Friday mortuary attendants divulged that his body was received on Saturday at 11 am alongside an unidentified woman.
At the same time, his vehicle was found at Thika Road Mall parking lot in Roysambu area.
Speaking at the morgue, IEBC Chairman Wafula Chebukati expressed the Commission's sadness following the death of Msando.

Mr Chebukati demanded the Government to beef up the Commissioners' security detail ahead of the August 8 General Election.
