Disturbing Details of What Happened Before IEBC Manager was Killed

Msando went missing on Friday night and his mysterious disappearance hit headlines on Saturday.

Emerging reports reveal that Msando body was badly mutilated.

The IEBC manager's body was on Monday found at City Mortuary with a broken arm.

His neck also had marks of strangulation while his head appeared to have been hit by a blunt object.

Though Msando went missing on Friday mortuary attendants divulged that his body was received on Saturday at 11 am alongside an unidentified woman.

At the same time, his vehicle was found at Thika Road Mall parking lot in Roysambu area.

Speaking at the morgue, IEBC Chairman Wafula Chebukati expressed the Commission's sadness following the death of Msando.

Mr Chebukati demanded the Government to beef up the Commissioners' security detail ahead of the August 8 General Election.
