Unverified reports indicated that the respected judge had flown to London to attend a graduation ceremony.
Wanjala, Justice Maraga, deputy Chief Justice Philomena Mwilu and Isaac Lenaola delivered the majority decision, nullified President Uhuru Kenyatta's win in the August 8 election.
