Harambee Stars have made ten steps up to settle at position 78 in the latest Fifa rankings.
Recently Harambee who are under the leadership of Stanley Okumbi played two international friendly matches that have boosted their standings at the FIFA table.
During the friendly match Harambee stars won against DRC Congo 2-1, after they had recored a draw with Uganda Cranes.
Uganda have risen to position 72, two places above their February ranking while DR Congo have dropped to position 41 from position 38.
Neighbours Tanzania have made a massive 22 steps up to settle at position 135 as Nigeria make one step up from position 41.

Ghana and South Africa have dropped two places each to stay at position 45 and 64 respectively at a time when Egypt lead Africa.
Worldwide, Brazil have beaten Argentina to rule the globe with Germany, Chile and Colombia coming third, fourth and fifth in that order.
Harambee stars coach Stanley Okumbi has managed to maintain an unbeaten run in the past 10 matches.
Harambee stars will be staging another International Friendly game against Malawi on 15th April in preparation for the African Cup Qualifiers.
Recently Kenya has been capitalizing on local players to represent the nation in the friendly matches that have been staged.
The leadership of Kenyan Football has also contributed to the good result in terms of FIFA rankings.
It is now upon the team to hold themselves together in the upcoming matches so that Harambee can qualify for the African cup of Nations.
