Babu lost his seat last week Friday.
Babu who appeared on the Nasa Facebook live cast on Monday revealed that his financial muscles had been depleted in the just concluded legal process, in which his rival Francis Mureithi challenged his August 8, 2017 victory.
“I am soon rolling out the paybill number so that at whatever cost, whether in Supreme Court, we must have this seat back.
“So I will be giving you the number so that you can make your little contribution because clearly that court process takes a lot of money and I have to pay my lawyers and also just in case of anything, I have to meet all costs,” the lawmaker said.

On Friday, High Court judge Joseph Sergon ruled that Mr Owino’s election was marred by violence and systemic irregularities, leading to its nullification.
Justice Sergon ruled that the petitioner, Mr Francis Mureithi of Jubilee Party, had proven the entire exercise was marred by violence, intimidation and other electoral malpractices.
“Considering all the evidence tendered before me, I find that elections in Embakasi East were not free and fair as the entire process was dotted with violence occasioned by the voters and supporters of Mr Owino,” Justice Sergon ruled.
Uhuru blamed

Babu Owino would later claim that President Uhuru Kenyatta and his deputy William Ruto had a hand in the court verdict nullifying his elections as the Embakasi East MP.
"The whole nation knows that this is a war between the president and the deputy president versus Babu. It is sad that the government is controlling the Judiciary," he said.
"No one can destroy me. If either Uhuru or Ruto decides to vie against me in Embakasi East I will beat them seriously."
Speaking after the Court ruling, Babu said he will appeal the decision noting that he will still emerge the winner of the constituency.
"The judge ordered a scrutiny but we will appeal the decision. Any weapon set against me shall not prosper," Babu said adding that his dismissal was due to him opposing the government.

Babu Owino’s sentiments come a time ODM secretary General Edwin Sifuna clarified that the party was behind all possible means to appeal the cases, decrying the high costs of litigation. Mr Sifuna was speaking Monday morning when being interviewed by a local radio station.
ODM lost nearly five parliamentary seats including Ugenya’s Chris Kenan, Embakasi’s Babu Owino and West Wajir West MP Ahmed Kolosh Mohamed.
