Flamboyant Kenyan Female Singer Esther Akoth aka Akothee has been hospitalized again for the third time.

According to a video shared on her Instagram account, Akothee is recuperating well from her hospital bed where she is asking her fans to pray for her quick recovery.

Her manager Nelly Oaks also shared her photo while on a hospital  bed and wished her a quick recovery.

This comes days after the singer was discharged from Hospital to shoot her latest Video “Oyoyo” featuring MC Galaxy from Nigeria.

Compulsory bed rest

Last week the hit maker of Give it to Me, was put on compulsory bed rest by her doctor.

The singer disclosed that she was suffering from Fatigue, accumulated from the last few months.

“The only disease I suffer from is FATIGUE ! Forgot myself in the last few months till my system shut down ! Compulsory bed rest, will be back, take care of yourselves till mama come back online ” wrote Akothee

Recently, Akothee has been a topic of discussion after confessing her love for her Manager Nelly Oaks

The two are in a very tight working relationship, but they seem to be crossing the boundaries and diving into the deep water of Love.

Akothee has been showering her manager with romantic messages hence answering the questions her fans have been asking of whether the two were an item or its just business.
