Anne Ngirita has become the face of the 9 Billion NYS Scandal after acquiring a cool Sh59 million for supplying ‘air’ to the NYS.
The public’s interest in her can be attributed to her young age, her beautiful physical appearance and fancy wigs which have earned her the titles of ‘NYS Slay Queen’ or ‘NYS Air Supplier’.
