Nairobi Diaries heart throb Luwi Capello has been involved in an accident.

According to various sources, the accident took place in Mombasa and a picture of Luwi strapped to an oxygen mask has been making rounds online.

It's unclear what happened to Luwi who was just recently celebrating the launch of new project ‘Maza’ but we will keep you informed as more information trickles in.

Fellow cast members Pendo and Brayo confirmed the incident by sending their get well soon wishes to Luwi with Pendo writing “All is well in Jesus name” and Brayo adding “My brother, my loyal friend you are in my prayers. I pray for your family. God has plans for you.”

Luwi's accident comes about a month after 3 Royal Media Services journalists escaped with their lives after the plane they were travelling in to Baringo crash-landed at the Lifespring Christian Centre in Lang’ata, Nairobi.

The crash victims, Mauritius Oduor a cameraman at Royal Media Group, Sam Ogina from Citizen TV and Joseph Njane from Radio Citizen, a co-pilot and a pilot have now been discharged from the Nairobi Hospital.
