A few hours ago a page going by the name Avril Nyambura on Facebook announced that Avril would be performing at Uhuru Park in an hour.
“I will be performing at Uhuru Park in the next one hour. Kenya are you ready? ” Read the post.
It was said that the beautiful singer would be entertaining the crowd ahead of the planned swearing-in of NASA co-principals Raila Odinga and Kalonzo Musyoka.
Avril has now spoken on the alleged performance and has refuted claims that she will be preforming in the hype-up event. She expressed her displeasure at the fake news which seemingly had her mum worried.
