Kalonzo, Wetangula and Mudavadi corner Raila with 6 tough questions ahead of his swearing in

NASA Principals corner Raila demanding answers

National Super Alliance (NASA) principals Moses Wetangula, Musalia Mudavadi and Kalonzo Musyoka have demanded answers from opposition chief Raila Odinga over a list of things in relation to his swearing in.

Sources privy to the details revealed that Raila Odinga found himself in a tight corner for making unilateral decisions then pushing other principals to support the decisions.

An agenda of a meeting held this week had six tough questions with the NASA principals demanding comprehensive answers from the opposition chief.

In an agenda seen by a local daily, the principals questioned what plans Odinga had to secure his supporters amidst concerns that the swearing in will lead to a bloodbath of his supporters.

Odinga was also asked how the swearing in date was arrived at and how it was made public after it emerged that not all concerned parties were consulted on the controversial event.

It also emerged that the principals were also exploring the option of calling off the event, and questioned how cancelling the event would affect the coalition and how to manage the expectations of their disappointed supporters.

With ten day to the controversial event, the principals sought to know what method Odinga would use ascend to power.

The question read in part: “If we are not taking power, are we going into the bush to fight?”

The NASA co-principals also sought to know if the coalition had what it takes to go to the bush and if it was ready to take responsibility for the loss of citizens’ life in the process.
