Governor Joho has lately hit the headlines for all good reasons. He spent a better part of December playing golf with his friends was also spotted spending time with the artists that graced the NRGWave end year party from all over East Africa.

Governor Hassan Joho is known to keep the company of established musicians from Kenya and Tanzania, with Seduce Me hit maker Alikiba believed to be one of his closest friends.
He is also a close friend of Maisha Mzuqa host Jamal Gadaffi of KTN.
New talent
Together with the Kilifi Governor Amason Kingi, they launched the "Youth Must Change" initiative at the famous Pirates Beach in Mombasa which will help the County Government of Mombasa identify, support and nurture the various talents our youth are empowered.
He promised to have the county government double the amount allocated in the budget, towards the Revolving Fund to enable the youth capitalize on entrepreneurial ventures.
