Excessive sweating can be an embarrassing problem for anyone but that doesnt mean that it is not manageable.
Here are four steps people can take to help control excessive sweat.
1.Shower or bath with antibacterial soap.
Antibacterial soap helps to control bacteria that can inhabit your sweaty skin and cause odors. After your shower, use antiperspirant to help control the sweating.
