In a clip posted yesterday by TMZ Sports, Fox Sports commentator and MMA gym owner Jay Glazer said that, when hes training in Glazers LA gym, Pratt punches just as hard as legendary UFC fighter Randy Couture.

Pratts tough to wrestle. Hes good. These guys are fighters who just happen to be performers, Glazer says. It sucks getting hit by him. It sucks getting hit by him more than it does by Randy Couture. Glazer then adds, playfully, Im just saying that now so Randy will whoop my ass tomorrow.

In recent years, Pratt has become something of a regular at Glazers gym, Unbreakable Performance, which has become popular among both celebrities and professional MMA fighters alike. In 2018, Pratt posted a clip to Instagram sparring with Couture himself, who is a partner in the gym with Glazer. Earlier this year , UFC pro Adel Altamimi also praised Pratt's fighting ability. "He's really good..." Altamimi told the website MMA Junkie. "This guy is always training. He's very, very strong. He comes to fight."

View this post on Instagram A couple weeks ago I had the great privilege of training with UFC Hall of Famer Randy the Natural Couture @xcnatch at #unbreakable in Hollywood. Luckily he took it very easy on me. Randy first coached me when I was 17 at Oregon State University wrestling camp. After a greco roman training session consisting of throws he invited teenage me to come up and demonstrate the three throws wed learned that day: the underarm spin, lateral drop and head and arm. It was such an honor. Everyone cheered as I slammed Coach Couture to his back. Not once, not twice... but three times. A few years later I was one of millions watching on TV as Randy entered The Octagon for the first time and dominated, eventually winning and defending the heavyweight title for years. He is a Pacific Northwest native and all around great dude. Gotta love the wrestlers mentality and work ethic. Its a great sport which helped keep me out of trouble when I was younger and taught me to grind. Ive always said it, wrestling made me who I am today. I dedicated years of my life to grappling. I still love it. Take your sons and daughters to a wrestling practice! Its important our kids have adults to look up to outside of their parents. Heres a shout out to all the coaches out there making a difference. Big thanks to Randy! #unbreakable #UFC #RandyTheNaturalCouture A post shared by chris pratt (@prattprattpratt) on Jan 29, 2018 at 1:45pm PST

Rachel Ruto is no stranger to making bold yet elegant fashion statements, but during the state visit of the Dutch royals on March 18, 2025, it wasn’t just her outfit that stood out—it was her shoes. The Kenyan First Lady stepped out in a pair of brown suede block heels adorned with a gold emblem.

Couture, a three-time UFC heavyweight champion who retired in 2011 at age 47, is widely regarded as one of the UFCs most iconic fighters, and the only person over the age of 40 to have won a UFC championship.

As for whether or not he expects to see Pratt putting his training to the test in The Octagon anytime soon, Glazer didnt seem too optimistic. Hes too busy being happily engaged and pretty and all that stuff, he said, referring to Pratt's engagement to author Katherine Schwarzenegger.
