You don't get to be called Dr. Pimple Popper if you only pop pimples halfway. In a new Instagram video posted Monday, Dr. Sandra Lee, MD lives up to her nickname by draining every last drop from a very juicy steatocystomaone that doesn't just contain sebum, but hair, too!

The video opens with Lee making a small hole in her patient's back. The she squeezes, and out come torrents of buttery sebum from inside the steatocystoma. (A steotocystoma is a cyst filled with sebum, which is the substance that keeps our skin and hair lubricated, according to the U.S. National Library of Medicine .)

"That was a good one," Lee says, before showing the contents to her patient.

"Oh wow, that one's huge," the patient concurs.

"I feel like he's the Clark Kent of steatocystomas," Lee says as she goes back to work. "Hes' got these glasses and you know he's like a Superman under there, but he'soh there's a hair in this one! I'll show you!"

Gotta love Lee's enthusiasm.

Meanwhile, some commenters were less than enthusiastic that the video didn't reveal whether Lee tackled the blackhead that seemed to be sitting beneath the steatocystoma. "Steatocystomas are pretty darn satisfying to watch for sure....but damn woman, dont leave a girl not fully satisfied by not getting that big olblackhead beside it!" one commenter wrote.
