This is the juicy pop to end all pops. In a new Instagram video, Dr. Pimple Popper aka, dermatologist and TLC host Dr. Sandra Lee, MD pops out a grapefruit-sized lipoma from behind a mans neck. The video isn't exactly a new procedure, but it is an infamous oneand for good reason.
In the clip, Dr. Lee asks if the man has ever seen a doctor for the gigantic growth. Surprisingly, he says he hasnt. But the patient is in good hands to get the massive doughy fat deposit removed by Dr. Lee.
In the video, you can see Dr. Pimple Popper use her fingers to wedge under the growth, skillfully popping it out of the skin with a forceful pull. Shes then able to get under the lipoma, snipping it loose from attached internals structures. Once freed, the doctor literally needs to use two hands to carry the growth away. And you can see the mans stretched skin in the background from where the lipoma once was.
Dr. Lee takes care of this sagging skin, stitching the patient up with precision. Youd never even guess what the poor guy has been through.

This weighed 12.2 ounces, Dr. Lee commented on the post. Thats a little shy of one entire pound. A literal weight off his shoulders, one fan commented on the video.
This lipoma pop was actually posted to YouTube two and a half years ago as part of four part series documenting the monumental removal. All but one of those videos has now been set to private, meaning you can only see the beginning of the procedure on the platform. Still, that single video has 25 million views.
A lipoma is a fatty noncancerous growth that grows between the skin and muscle, and is usually a yellowish-orange color.
