Dr. Pimple Popper has a two-for-one special in her latest Instagram video. The dermatologist and TLC host whose real name is Dr. Sandra Lee had a couple come in to get some pops done together, and according to one of the doctor's "popaholic" fans, the twin pops are the perfect idea for a first date.
In the video, Dr. Lee begins with the most classic pop: a blackhead . Using her trusty comedo extractor, she applies pressure to the blemish. As she does, the dead skin and oil that has built up inside the spot comes right out looking like a grain of brown rice.
While the first pop is satisfying and classic, it's the second that'll have pop fans in love. The second is a more cyst-like squeeze . Dr. Lee has created an opening over the top of the cyst and begins to squeeze the spot with one hand. With her other, however, she grabs hold of the cyst's sac using a pair of tweezers, and as she pops this cyst out, it looks just like a "poached egg."
