Watch Dr. Pimple Popper Squeeze a Bunch of Cysts on a Man's Back

In her most recent YouTube video , Dr. Pimple Popper removes a series of steatocystomas from several points on a patient's body. Dr. Lee also removes the sac wall to help prevent the cysts from returning. Steatocystomas form in the sebaceous glands, and are filled with an oily substance called sebum, which lubricates the hair, skin, and nails.

In a new YouTube video that she describes as a sure "fan favorite," Dr. Pimple Popper aka, dermatologist and TLC host Dr. Sandra Lee, MDextracts several steatocystomas located at various points on a man's torso, including two on his back. Each extraction also results in the removal of a large amount of sebum, a yellow, oily substance that helps keep the skin moisturized, according to Healthline .

In this case, the patient is also joined by his girlfriend, who along with Dr. Pimple Popper provides a running commentary of the procedure. ("This is like a bonding moment for all of us," he jokes.) Towards the end of the video, she also injects a pimple with an "intralesional corticosteroid," which she explains helps the pimple disappear within 24 hours.

Perhaps the most surprising moment, however, arrives early in the video when Dr. Pimple Popper admits she doesn't particularly enjoy the process of, well, popping pimples. "I fell into thisI'm not actually into popping stuff, myself," she says. "I just happened upon itpeople went crazy over it and I thought, oh, okay."
