In a new Instagram video, Dr. Pimple Popper aka dermatologist and TLC host Dr. Sandra Lee, MD pops a collection of soft pops on a mans face. And it's certainly satisfying stuff.
In the clip, Dr. Lee uses a comedone extractor to tackle the soft pops. One blackhead in particular just keeps going and going, producing a ton of gunk out of a single pore on the man's temple.
Yours are good to get out, Dr. Lee tells the patient of his blackheads. Theyre just waiting!
Dr. Lee then moves on to a sizable whitehead on the side of the mans nose, which the famed derm says is partially calcified. Calcified growths are slightly hardened from excess calcium that builds up inside.

In the clip, the patient says he has tried to remove his skin concerns before without success. In response, Dr. Lee shares what should be a timeless dermatologist adage: Its harder to torture yourself. Its easier to have someone torture you.
The soft pops featured in this video are whiteheads and blackheads. A blackhead is a single pore filled with dead skin and oil, which forms a black head when exposed to air. Whiteheads form when dead skin cells, oil, and bacteria become trapped within a pores.
