Dr. Pimple Popper (a.k..a Sandra Lee, MD) pops lipomas, DPOWs , and cysts on the reg. (All you popaholics are well aware.) It takes a lot to make a pop extraordinary anymore, and today's pop is just that. The monster lipoma and cyst combination in her new Instagram video might make your day complete.

Dr. Pimple Popper recommends this extraction as a bedtime ritual in place of counting sleep. The dermatologist captioned her new Instagram video: "Counting sheep before bed is old school. Heres a little back to back lipoma and cyst action for all my night time popaholics!"

FYI Dr. Pimple Popper has previously explained that " lipomas are typically not tender, move around easily, and dont require treatment. However, some lipomas may sit in places that cause discomfort to the patient, which is why some people may request removal. Usually, lipomas can be removed with a small incision and can be popped out easily."

Ghana’s protection of its iconic cloth is about to become the ultimate symbol of African authentic cool. Kente was officially granted Geographical Indication (GI) status, recognising that only cloth handwoven in certified communities such as Bonwire, Adanwomase, Agotime Kpetoe, and Agbozume using traditional weaving techniques may legally bear the name "Kente".

That's just what Dr. Pimple Popper plans to do with this lipoma. The video jumps in with her already tugging on the lipoma and pulling with all her might to get it out. The lipoma proves stronger, and Dr. Pimple Popper resorts to cutting it out with scissors.

Her fans are curious about lipomas and want to know more. One commenter asked: "Because lipomas are fat, do they have a greasy texture? It looks like they leave grease on the skin & gloves when you work with them."

The answer is still uncertain, Dr. Pimple Popper silenced this video, so all the details come from observing. What fans saw is a huge lipoma and followed by an equally large cyst. "Nothing 'little' about either one of those monsters," one Popaholic shared.

The video cuts out before either pops is complete, but it's no less satisfying. A fan summed it up nicely in the comments, "You always make my day complete."
