What better way to kick-start Friday than with a good old fashioned Dr. Pimple Popper video. Today's installation comes with a sensitive content warning, so you know you're in for a real treat.
For her latest Instagram video, Dr. Pimple Popper , aka dermatologist Sandra Lee, MD , takes on one innocent looking cyst and shares the whole popping extravaganza from initial squeeze to clean-and-clear all in one speedy sequence.

Dr. Pimple Popper adds light background music to this video. It is nice ambiance, but that means there is zero commentary from the doc unfortunately. Instead, the comments from fellow popaholics will have to make up for it.
Most commenters embraced the speedy timelapse style. "The fast forward is great. This was very satisfying." Another wrote, "I'm here for the time lapse! To see the entirety of the process." It's true, watching from initial squeeze all the way to cyst-sac removal is oh so satisfying.
Dr. Pimple Popper gives this cyst many good squeezes until all the brownish-gray goo squishes out. Even in fast motion, it seems like this cyst is never going to end. Just when you think she's cleaned it all out, she goes back in for another squeeze, and poof, still more glop spills right out.
Dr. Pimple Popper won't stop until every last bit is cleaned out. Then, she goes in with her tweezers and scissors to remove the cyst sac (you know, to make sure the thing doesn't grow back). The video cuts short of stitching up the opening, but that was quite the speedy ride.
