Dermatologist Sandra Lee, MD, a.k.a. Dr. Pimple Popper , is getting ahead of herself in her latest Instagram video in more ways than one. For starters, she's tackling a bulbous bump on the top of her patient's head. It clearly had a head start growing, so she's already playing a bit of catch-up.

That's not all, she's also eagerly anticipating the weekend. Dr. Pimple Popper wrote in the caption: "POPPING into the weekend! Here we come! #drpimplepopper #almostfriday"

The video begins with a clear view of the very round cyst. It looks like a golf ball, or other round object, bulging out of the back of his head. Dr. Pimple Popper gets right to work and uses her tried-and-true technique. She starts by slicing across the bump, which the video skips over. The clip does hone in on the squeezing action.

“I do not just make clothes, I create East African stories. Every fabric I use has crossed a border, carrying culture, craft, and connection,” she remarks as she receives a shipment of earthy Ugandan bark cloth just hours after the arrival of a consignment of vibrant Tanzanian khanga fabrics.

Dr. Pimple Popper slides the skin off the round cyst. She works slowly and carefully so the cyst doesn't rupture. Then, she makes a few snips with her scissors to get the whole thing out in one piece. Her fans are cheering her on and wrote: "I love when they come out perfect in little egg shapes lol"

It's the way to get the weekend feeling anytime, if you ask a loyal Popaholic. However, the clips aren't for everyone. One fan commented, "My husband just looked over my shoulder and almost vomited. " It happens to the best of us.
