In her latest Youtube video, dermatologist Sandra Lee, MD (a.k.a. Dr. Pimple Popper) takes on not one but two extractions, one right on top of the other. First, she clears a cyst, nicknamed cystamus prime, and next a lipoma, which she calls megalipoma, in what she dubbed the wrestling match of the season.
She captioned the Instagram video: "Its the #match of the season: Cystamus Prime VS Megalipoma! Today on #youtube #drpimplepopper #heavyweightchamp"
The extended Youtube video shows all the juicy extraction action.
Dr. Pimple Popper starts the video surveying the two bumps on her patient. "We have a lipoma and a little cyst on top, isn't that special," the doctor explains. The combination looks a bit like a breast, definitely not something her patient wants on his upper back.

After numbing her patient, Dr. Pimple Popper uses a device she compares to a tiny apple-corer to remove the cyst first. "It's hard to squeeze since it's so tight now, I didn't think of that." The cyst may be tiny but it's proving to be quite the worthy opponent so she grabs her scissors and snips away at the cyst.
Dr. Pimple Popper works away with tweezers and scissors and a little squeezing until she's confident all of the cyst is completely gone.
"You're my first collision here," she says about the double whammy of a pop. With part one complete, Dr. Pimple Popper switches to a scalpel to search for the underlying lipoma. She really needs to search for this one, and she slices through multiple layers until she opens the area enough to extract it. "There he is," she says. "Okay Mr. Lipoma let's see if you'll pop out."
She's not so lucky, and this turns into an extended wrestling match. She uses her fingers and scissors to clear out the space around the lipoma and encourage it to pop. "You gotta just futz around a little bit here," she says.
The anticipation builds as Dr. Pimple Popper works, but this pop is testing her patience. "Why can't I find this lipoma," she yells. "I'm getting mad at your lipoma sir." But of course, Dr. Pimple Popper doesn't give up. She wrestles with the lipoma for more than five minutes on the Youtube video before finally pulling it free. "Seriously, I need to rename myself... the lipoma wrestler," the doctor says.
It was quite the battle, but in the end Dr. Pimple Popper prevailed and stitched up her patient good as new.
