One moment Miley Cyrus is layering up her denim and prepping for fall, and the next she's stripped down to jorts and little else. It seems she switches up her outfit as often as she changes her mind on, um, other things.
In her latest Instagram post, the singer shared a carousel of photos. The first two are the most striking. Miley is wearing jean shorts and a totally see-through white tank with no bra, so her nipples are on full display. She captioned her latest series of snaps: "Im getting more basic by the day. The only thing the 'new me' loves more than a mirror selfie is a self timed one." (What this "new" Miley doesn't seem to love: bras or opaque tops.)
The bold move got her followers talking in the comments, sharing "Wowza Miley" and "U DID IT." What Miley did exactly is oh-so-creatively skirt Instagram's no-female-nipples-allowed rule. The photos with her very visible nipples are out for all to see, but still officially covered by her tank top. So far, they haven't been taken down. (FYI: Miley has had photos removed by Instagram in the past.)

"We've spent a lot of time thinking about the different points of view," Instagram told CNN in 2015. "We know that there are times when people might want to share nude images that are artistic or creative in nature, but for a variety of reasons, we don't allow nudity on Instagram."
This is far from Miley's first NSFW photo upload. ( Her BF Cody Simpson just posted a photo with her hand literally down his pants. ) Only time will tell if her semi-free nipples will last.
