You might be wondering: What exactly are steatocystomas? In short, a steatocystoma multiplex-the official term-is basically just a cluster of benign cysts filled with sebum, a yellowish, oily substance that helps lubricate your skin and nails, according to the National Institute of Health . They're often found on the chest and back, as well as the upper parts of the arms and legs. Thankfully, as evidenced by the video, they're pretty easy to treat-and nothing to freak out about. If anything, Dr. Lee and her patient seem almost delighted by them: "It still has a little bit of filling in it," Dr. Lee says, as the sebum oozes forth. "It's like butter."

"I love it. It's so incredible. Some are super liquidy, and some are thicker... I have a hodgepodge," the patient says.
