Former Taita Taveta Women Representative Joyce Wanjala Lay has announced her reunion with Nairobi tycoon William Lay.
On Valentine’s Day (Thursday), Joyce took to her Instagram post where she posted a long message to celebrate her marriage with the former CMC CEO.
She made reference to the rough period in 2015 when her husband had reportedly prepared a divorce petition against her.
“My joy has come. My morning is here. Who says that there is no God? I know He is! Let me dance and praise my God. Where are my adversaries? Where are the feet of those who ran to deliver bad news? Why are they quite now? Surely God prepares a table before your enemies!”

Water Sector Trust Fund
February has brought good tidings for Joyce as she was recently appointed to be a member of the Water Sector Trust Fund.
She grabbed media headline when she accused raised sexual harassment allegations against a fellow MP in 2015.
A few months later, media reports indicated that the two were divorcing, after which they separated. The couple has one child.
